At TattvaPlus, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing timelines, shipping charges, delivery durations, tracking, and all logistics-related terms.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During sales, launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges (India)
We offer transparent, simple shipping rates:
A. Standard Shipping (Surface / Express Economy)
- ₹79 flat rate within India.
- Free for orders ₹1,499 and above.
B. Expedited / Express Shipping (Air / Priority)
- Charges are calculated at checkout based on PIN code and courier availability.
C. Cash on Delivery (If Enabled)
- COD fee (if applicable): ₹49 per order.
- COD availability depends on courier coverage of your PIN code.
3. Delivery Timelines (India)
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 7–10 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 10–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Where available)
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, peak season load, courier delays, or service disruptions.
4. International Shipping
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight & service availability.
- Estimated delivery timelines: 7–21 business days (varies by country & customs).
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier website.
- If tracking doesn’t update after 48 hours, contact us at [your email].
6. Packaging & Dispatch
- All products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging.
- Fragile items receive additional protective layers.
- Multiple items may be shipped together or separately based on stock availability and warehouse location.
7. Delays & Service Disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Courier operational issues
- Weather conditions
- Service strikes or lockdowns
- Customs checks (for international shipments)
However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier.
8. Failed Delivery / Return-to-Sender
A delivery may fail if:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery
- Phone number is unreachable
- COD payment is refused
- Courier is unable to reach the address after multiple attempts
If the order is returned to us:
- Reshipment will require the customer to pay re-shipping charges, even for originally free-shipped orders.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & RTO charges.
9. Change of Shipping Address
- Shipping address can be modified only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- Contact support immediately with order details for modification requests.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that is damaged or tampered:
- Take photos/videos of the package and product.
- Do not accept if visibly tampered; request return to courier.
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at [your email] with evidence.
We will resolve the issue based on our Replacement & Returns policy.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as:
Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, DTDC, India Post, and leading international couriers.
